How to give access to your organisation’s initiative to external/partner organisations PLUS “Initiative privacy settings”
*You can only give access to organisations that already exist on SYNaPsE
1) Log in
2) From your dashboard click on “Initiative”, then click on “Organisation initiatives” in the left side menu OR in the menu on top.
3) Click on the needed initiative. For example, in this case one chose “ERN BOND”.
4) Once you see initiative’s profile, click on “Initiative settings”.
5) Follow the steps below
1: Look for the needed organisation in the search field and click on “Add”.
2: OPTIONAL: hide your initiative/make it internal by activating “Hide” button and clicking on “Save”. The initiative will be visibly only to organisation users and won’t be publicly displayed on SYNaPsE.
