How to join or add an organisation

Step 1: From your dashboard, go to the menu on the left and click on “Account settings”

Step 2: Click on “Add or join organisation” button


Step 3: Start typing your organisation’s name in the search bar

  1. If your organisation exists on SYNaPsE, it will appear in the list
    • Click on “Select this organisation” button
    • Click on “Join organisation” button. Join request will be automatically sent to the owner of the organisation for approval. You’ll get an email once your request is approved.
  2. If your organisation does not exist on SYNaPsE:
    • Click on “My organisation is not listed here”
    • Click on “Add new organisation”

Step 4: Complete your organisation’s details and click on “Next”
