Delivering meaningful patient engagement in medicines development and lifecycle requires all stakeholders to have a common purpose and vision and also clear understanding of expectations. That’s why we have carried out the Stakeholder Expectations Matrix – a qualitative survey-based project of around 60 in-depth interviews across stakeholder groups.
The aim is to elucidate each other’s hopes and expectations to achieve alignment, mutual interpretation, and agree realistic and achievable goals. We’re currently analysing the data from the survey so look out for further updates on what we found.
